D3void 3D33 is built on contrasts: heavy guitars with a funk undercurrent, pop-minded hooks with a soulful core, grunge energy wrapped in new wave sheen. Operating at the crossroads of alternative rock, rock, new wave pop, grunge, pop, power-pop, retro soul and R&B, D3void 3D33 turns that mix into a focused, high-impact sound.
Prince and Parliament inform the sense of groove and color, while Black Sabbath and Nirvana shape the weight and urgency of the guitars. Depeche Mode lends a darker, modern edge, and the influence of Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder and Al Green threads through the more melodic and emotive moments. The result is music that leans into riffs and rhythm, but never lets go of a strong hook.
