This is the 20th album & it’s titled “The Boy From Dryburn”, all tracks were written & recorded in Zenxith’s house from late June to late August 2026, this took 65 days to write & record the album, no label of course as this is DIY, no PR etc etc just another album that will go under the radar, obviously. Just another jangle pop album from me, I can barely remember recording half of these, this album consists of 13 tracks & 2 singles, tambourine, shaker, basic drum machine as usual, I tend to use the same loops, just the same as the others, I keep writing songs faster than I have time to release them, I don’t believe anyone is doing what I am doing, this is a rather personal album again, also rather depressing, lofi indie pop, random handclaps & a bit of swearing, the cover art is me with my dad aka Andy Anxiety from The 15th & Barse as well as many others, on the day I was born in Dryburn hospital, that’s why it’s called The Boy From Dryburn, because it’s the name of the hospital I was born in, you can’t get any closer to where you were from than the actual place you were born, it was the 8th of March 2002, it’s also wrote on the back of the CD sleeve, I designed the cover on the 9th of September 2026, there is stacks of guitars on this again as that is primarily my sound, I’m running out of words to say for these albums, few songs about girls, alcohol addiction & some random thoughts, a couple tracks without drums, this is lofi indie pop at it’s finest, you won’t find this in record stores or anything.
This is available on CD as issue 23 on my own label Salt Mine Records, limited to only 70 copies, jangle jangle jangle, sha la la, goodbye until next time of course!
