The Axiom Divide

The Axiom Divide is a Dark Electronic project that fuses Gothic Industrial energy, operatic and choral elements, and symbolic philosophy to create a unique musical experience.

The Axiom Divide was originally conceived as a solo project from Jay Tye, the founder, lead vocalist, and principal songwriter of the successful Darkwave project Soil & Eclipse. He later invited synth producer Brent Heinze to join the project. Brent has gained notoriety for creating the project Probe 7 and resurrecting Darling Kandie with My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult's lead singer Franke "Groovie Mann" Nardiello.

Brent has also produced remixes for many artists including Information Society, The Cassandra Complex, Gitane Demone, Dogtablet, Kirlian Camera, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, Deathline International, Ashes Fallen, Peaches Christ, Solemn Assembly, Roger Ebner, and Spoils of Grace.
Together, Tye and Heinze build tracks around ritual and myth: songs meant to feel excavated rather than written, drawing on ancient symbolism to talk about very present searches for meaning.

The Axiom Divide has recently completed their debut album, "Halo Effect", with additional production support from Rodney Orpheus (The Cassandra Complex) and mastering by Rob Roberson (The Static Temple, Kevorkian Death Cycle). It represents a significant milestone in both of their musical journeys, offering a gripping take on the Industrial, Darkwave, and Gothic genres. In addition to ten original tracks, the album features a cover of Sting's "Fortress Around Your Heart".

The lead single from "Halo Effect", "The Halls of Amenti", is out now on all platforms, backed by a remix EP featuring Razed In Black, Pygmy Children, Frontal Boundary, Fermion, Dread Risks, I Am Consumer, and a Probe 7 remix of "Unrequited".

The Axiom Divide's previous release history includes compilation appearances on "Bound by Love", "Goths for Sanctuaries", "Heartbreak Beat", and "The Work of Sinners, The Work of Saints".
