Olegas G.

I'm Olegas G., a multifaceted artist from Brazil, with deep roots in hip hop culture. Since 2017, I've been strengthening the local art scene, starting with the creation of Batalha do Escadão, a space for expression and connection for MCs in the region. My journey as a beatmaker has led me to collaborate with major names in the Brazilian trap scene, such as M.O. CORP and ICE MOB, as well as release my own projects, like the lo-fi mixtape Ame Antes de Ouvir.

My music spans across lofi, neo soul, and R&B, always with a personal touch that aims to reframe memories and emotions. I see music as a channel for genuine expression, which is why my focus is on creativity and supporting the artistic community, rather than pursuing commercial success. Currently, I'm working on New Home, a lo-fi hip-hop project inspired by losses, gains, and the figure of my hamster Chihiro. My creative process is marked by an analog aesthetic, grainy textures, and references that blend melancholy with beauty, always aiming to tell authentic and meaningful stories.
