Ian Cat is an artist from Boston, MA. His music ranges from alt-rock and shoegaze anthems with searing guitar solos to folky acoustic tunes and spacey vibes. His latest release, Paint the Stars Tonight, is a double album of instrumental ambient guitar pieces largely made up of single takes with one guitar. Though somewhat reclusive, Ian Cat continues to work on new music with plans to release the next installment of The Incidentals EP series in 2025.
