som som's latest single transforms existential dread into euphoric release. 'Rapture' is a hypnagogic pop/alt-dance banger that explores our delusions of immortality and the choice to embrace the present while facing the apocalypse. OK, that might be a bit dramatic :) but this is exactly what 2025 felt like. We can't tell if it's the end of the world or just another Friday night. Either way, we might as well dance through it.
