DIRTWEED

Debut EP from DIRTWEED, a stoner doom / sludge trio from Rosario, Argentina. Four tracks, 13 minutes, recorded live at 312 Music Studio with the three of us in the same room, vocals overdubbed. Mixed and mastered by Gonzalo Villagra at Estudios Audion; artwork by Carla Celoria.

Del Vómito, 4 Horas, Monstrosity (with guest vocals by Juan S Duodecim) and RQSM, short for "Rápido Que Sale Mal" ("fast and it comes out wrong"), the nickname of the song we always messed up because it was the fastest one. The lyrics deal with dark moments; the sound goes for horror, groove and a wall of fuzz.

If you like Sleep, Weedeater or Los Natas, this is for you. Stay heavy.
