FINAL FORM is AMU Henry Smalls' 11th album. The album notably has more features and collabs than solo tracks, featuring Lil Ocean, Jwasabi, souljagrlonline, and other artists.

FINAL FORM is a darker album, telling a story of death and rebirth, while also showing feelings of defiance, mixed in with some introvertedness.

ALREADY DEAD starts off the album by playfully introducing the dark themes of the album. It begins with Dotty expressing his disdain for the lyrics site Genius, as they banned him back in 2024 and prevented him from adding his lyrics and thoughts behind them. Dotty then continues into the song with a Lil B inspired flow, clever wordplay, and unexpected references.

One of the tracks, EVIL KTTY, while quickly becoming a fan favorite, was subject to controversy because of the Shiroko Raccz feature. The collab went awry when Roko refused to announce the feature, considering that to be promo (even if it wasn't promo and just public acknowledgement). Later, it was revealed that Roko's verse was the only paid one that resulted in a 16-bar feature, causing even more controversy with Dotty's fans, who urged him to get a refund for the verse. On top of that, Roko was already under fire for charity scamming back in September 2025, and engaging in unmentionable activities in VRChat. Because of all this, Dotty has expressed regret in doing this collab, as Shiroko Raccz's greediness ruined their friendship.

While Dotty has put a lot of pain into this project, he has put an equal amount of passion into it, and spent just about his entire first paycheck to make this project come to light. While streaming services and distributers don't seem to get the message, fans quickly do, and that is why FINAL FORM+ is now on Bandcamp!

FINAL FORM+ is the enhanced version of the album, which is used for CDs and other physical media. Each of the tracks have undergone new mastering, and some of tracks (most notably UH HUH) have gotten more updates.
