Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • The GetMusic referral program is open to all registered users of GetMusic.
   • Both the referrer and the referred user must be at least 18 years old.

2. Referral Process

   • Each user will receive a unique referral link to share with potential new users.
   • The referral link must be used by the new user during the sign-up process to be valid.

3. Rewards

   • The referrer will receive one free upload credit (valued at $10) when a referred user signs up AND uploads their first release on GetMusic.
   • The referred user will receive their first release promotion for free, as per GetMusic's standard offer for new users.

4. Restrictions

   • Self-referrals are not permitted.
   • The referral reward is limited to one free upload credit per new user who uploads a release.
   • GetMusic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the referral system.

5. Reward Redemption

   • The free upload credit will be automatically added to the referrer's account once the conditions are met.
   • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
   • There is no limit to the number of referral credits a user can earn.

6. Program Changes

   GetMusic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

7. Privacy

   Personal information collected through the referral program will be used in accordance with GetMusic's Privacy Policy.

8. General

   • By participating in the referral program, users agree to these terms and conditions.
   • GetMusic's decision regarding any aspect of the referral program is final.
