SloNewsLife is a Seattle-based project making music out of everyday life. Drawing on in-house recordings, a range of half- broken but mostly-functional instruments, and makeshift noises, these songs include little silence and no soundproof walls, opting instead to mix sounds--both intentional and accidental--from different decades, seasons, rooms, and materials.
