Laconist was formed in 2007 by A. Neil aiming to praise gems such as Angelcorpse, Centvrian and Hate Eternal. Having released 2 full-length albums among other demos and EPs.
The band entered a 10 year hiatus from 2016 until the present, with a revamped lineup featuring A. Neil as the sole original member. And with Him, Zé Misanthrope joined the ranks to redefine and resignify our legacy within the Brutal Death Metal scene. We have hired Felipe Veiga to track the drums as a session member so we could hammer this comeback in the way its name deserves.
We are already planning next record, scheduled for 2027. Currently in the writing process.
