Wretched Fixation

"Calamitous Manifestation of Flesh" is about the death of human ego as we are shit on by sadistic entities, taking place on a surreal apocalypse-fucked version of earth. The EP follows a narrative in which even those who believe they can worship these entities and rise above the human race are ultimately dismembered and reminded of their frailty and lack of worth in the face of an apathetic universe. These themes are inspired by Lovecraft and All Tomorrows.

Wretched Fixation is influenced by classic black metal but also aims to re-emphasize a genuine reaction of horror using additional influences from noise/soundscapes as well as experimental rock artists.
