This album tells the feeling of losing trust and hope over someone's love, trauma, and the healing process from all of the godforsaken mess of what Woodworking Machine has faced in her journey of finding herself. Compared to her debut album, INHOSPITABLE SPACE feels more solid. This album contains 13 tracks, and each track tells the story about betrayal, anger, healing, and finding self. This album combines infectious tunes along with ambient tracks and spoken poems. Featuring CRIMINAL, the third track of the album, she's trying to tell people how gnarly heartbreak could be. This album is opened by SUNKEN, a beautifully crafted haunting ambient track, followed by SLOWMOTION, an uptempo rock track about her complicated relationship with her parents and how it affected and shaped her mental state. This album also includes WOULD YOU MEET ME UP THERE?, THROUGH THE ILLUSION, and remodeled version of LATELY from her previous album. INHOSPITABLE SPACE is divided into two parts, the reality and fantasy. This album brings the duality of two different compartments of self-state.
