This collection was created during the season of controlled bush fires in May 2023, as approximately 700 hectares was burnt surrounding the studio of Weaving Worlds on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar. The tension and release it brought to be in such close experience with this process gave insightful inspiration for this music.

A melding of percussion taken from found objects of the natural environment, and a selection of instruments unconventionally played.
