Titled after a quote by Buddhist teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, and intended as a hallucinogenic meditation on impermanence, The Shining Tongues' second album sees Daniel Knowler’s art-rock ensemble expand into territories of psychedelic ambience and gothic oceans of sound.
