This album is divided in two separate sides that portray different stories and aspects of the city of Amberg and its history and people:
- Side A: The tale of how the Suncrown, a magical artifact vital for the prosperity of Amberg, was lost and of the Years of the Curse, a dark episode in the history of the city.
- Side B: A collection of folk songs commonly played in the taverns and alehouses of Amberg.
Recorded in Sweden during spring 2025.
"Dreams by the Fire" is a newly-recorded version of "Fireside Contemplation", from the album "Of Mossy Ruins and Forest Paths".
