First album entirely in French. The lyrics tell an original story written around the recurring character of Sideburn's songs, this time in a medieval universe that inspired the triptych and stained glass artwork. In terms of compositions, this is Yoann's first contribution to the guitar which brings a more technical and above all more melodic touch. The set is thus in line with previous productions with all the sliders to the bottom: more technical, more melodic, but also darker, more violent, more flayed.

All lyrics from this album narrate a story imagined by the band as seen by the protagonists. Some of them are despicable, so are the lyrics of songs like "Oriflamme", "Sang Bleu" and "Palatinus".
Sideburn's members strongly condemn any form of violence and discrimination (sexism, racism, homophobia, ableism, speciesism), and we do not want some of our lyrics to be associate with who we are. Please go through this album as you would with a drama movie.
