This track went through many different iterations as part of my live set over a couple of years. I played around with various BPMs and arrangements until finally a mixture of a more driving rhythm section, twinned with ethereal, swirling synth lines began to appear. I began to really delve into how much I could achieve with limited material, but more processing and effects, and the result is Azure.

Once my wonderful friend Anna-Lena gave me the incredible photograph which is now the cover, the aesthetic for the song seemed complete.
