Pygmy Children return with Coincidental Strategies, their first full-length album in over two decades. The Baltimore-based duo of Brian and Pete Roper deliver eleven tracks that fuse distorted vocals, acoustic percussion, and mechanical tension into a sound that is raw, physical, and deeply unsettled.
The album includes final versions of the singles I Have No Name and Signal Unknown, along with nine new tracks that stretch their signature unease into sharper shapes. It is their first physical release since Low Life Dream in 1998, available digitally and on limited edition CD. Only 300 copies have been pressed worldwide. A new shirt will also be available alongside the release.
Early copies of the CD were distributed during Pygmy Children’s recent East Coast run with Mentallo and The Fixer. On 24th October 2025, the album will be officially released to the public on all major digital platforms and through Re:Mission Entertainment’s Bandcamp.
