When word gets out that Harold O'Bannon, founder of the local company "Black Cat Toys" is secretly a modern day warlock, some of the quiet residents of Maria Bay decide to take matters into their own hands.

When O'Bannon's body is recovered from a near by lake, devoted employees and loyal followers of his cult have conjured a plan to resurrect their master and place a curse on the town.

When residents start turning up dead in bizarre ways, Detective Kobritz and his tough guy son begin to investigate. What they discover on their journey will take them on the most dangerous and grotesque trek of their lives.

As you listen you will find yourself chased in a field full of living scarecrows, slog through a swamp of hungry jack-o-lanterns, stabbed by devil dolls and even find out that you should have let your parents check your candy before you eat it.
