Visit artist on Bandcamp (opens in a new tab)Drawing influence from the melancholia of acts like Fearing, the desolation of NONE, and the raw intensity of Leviathan, Mind Prisoner shape their own distinct realm of post-black metal. The Color of Ruin balances shimmering, gaze-inflected melodies with crushing, blackened-sludge riffs, all anchored by a vocal performance steeped in anguish and desperation. The result is a soundscape as punishing as it is cathartic, an unrelenting exploration of internal collapse.
