A Void is Hyperestis's first EP, released in 2023. Dark, layered synths and soaring guitars and lyrical themes of despair, loss, and abandonment describe this textured and earnest release that recalls mid 1980s darkwave, with influences ranging from Xmal Deutschland to early Clan of Xymox to Ladytron.
