Hard Drive Fossil Tapes emerges literally from Greg's old hard drives. The songs on this EP had been started between 2009 and 2018, but not finished for one reason or another – until now! Enter three acoustically-based, yet divergent, songs with words and three mood-inspiring cinematic instrumentals to close your eyes to.

Greg's decided to finish off these songs as a distraction and inspiration from writing and recording a new full-length album (to be released in 2026). The recording process was to start with whatever was found on the hard drives (some songs more complete than others) and then complete the songs from there; but never starting the recording process from scratch. Them there were the rules!
