SKAM DÖDAR

SKAM DÖDAR is the debut album from Swedish artist and producer Gabby Wilson — a self-produced, Swedish-language electronic pop record shaped over several years of personal and creative development.
Written and produced entirely by Gabby, the album explores themes of identity, pressure, shame, and belonging. Moving between introspective moments and more expansive electronic textures, SKAM DÖDAR captures a journey from isolation to self-definition — reflecting the tension of navigating expectations while trying to stay true to yourself.
Rooted in a distinctly Nordic aesthetic, the project sits within a new wave of independent Swedish music that prioritises honesty and perspective over polish. It’s not just a collection of songs, but a body of work that documents growth — both as an artist and as a person.
Co-produced by Jerry Sillah and Sven Johansson, with mixing by Gabby Wilson and Jerry Sillah, and mastering by Erik Nyberg.
“Writing in Swedish, producing it myself, and building a world I could breathe in was crucial for me. The entire album is a political statement: a movement from being judged to being included.”
