Fading Beacons is a curated selection of ambient and cinematic works created between 2016 and 2026.

Across nine tracks and more than 100 minutes of music, the collection traces a path through distant stations, northern wastelands, quiet departures, fading signals and imagined spaces. Some of these pieces found their audience gradually over the years. Others remained more hidden, but became important early markers of the sound that would later evolve into 52 North.

This is not intended as a comprehensive retrospective. It is a carefully assembled entry point: a selection of edited and remixed works, based upon the most played and downloaded songs on various music platforms. A curated selection of that still feel connected by the same underlying atmosphere: melancholy, distance, slow movement and the search for small signals within large spaces.

The collection includes Distant Beacons, a new 52 North piece that points toward the next chapter, as well as the previously unreleased early archive track First Memories.

Fading Beacons looks back, but it is not an ending. It is a transition from earlier releases under my own name toward the emerging world of 52° North.
