Cold Blooded

Today for Bandcamp Friday (2/6/26), we've unearthed a song we wrote 15 years ago, played once on the radio, and never revisited. Yet, it feels more relevant than ever, given what is happening in America right now.

"Cold Blooded" is from a live performance on WMBR's Pipeline! show on October 25, 2011, recorded in the basement of MIT's Walker Memorial Building in Cambridge, MA. RIP to the host and our dear friend Jeff Breeze.

The rhythm track is a version of HR (of Bad Brains) and Ras Michael's "Youthman Sufferer" from 1988.

Dedicated to all of our immigrant friends, families, and neighbors who are vital to our community and culture.

The B-side, "Face Down", is an improvised jam from the same Pipeline set, unreleased until now, that eventually became the foundation to "Flesh in the Faith" off our 'Shapeshifters' LP.
