‘shift #2’ is the direct continuation of ‘shift #1’ and comes from the same
recording session. The two sons also play with semitone shifts. They create a powerful sound that constantly builds and develops. ‘shift #2’ is an album where you can feel the music - immersion and audio hypnosis characterize the music. With guitar, bass and countless effect pedals, N and rsn create an open and expansive sound spectrum that takes the listener by the hand, but at the same time leaves plenty of room for personal experience. Sometimes it shimmers, sometimes it drones. ‘shift #1’ and ‘shift #2’ form a continuous unit and show the magnificence that drone and ambient can have.
