Bangalore, 2031. A database says AS-1133 is present, productive and fine. The software architect is being watched by a network that sells his attention in real time. When he files a wellness flag, the system responds with a tracking number.
Dead Reckoning... The Last Known Location is the debut album from Social Treble, unfolding across twelve instrumental chapters. Cinematic progressive rock and metal meet art rock, electronic textures and industrial edges as the story moves through surveillance, rupture, a carefully planned exit and the unfamiliar quiet beyond it. An old brass tuning fork survives in this world, beyond the reach of the sensors that measure everything else.
But the story does not finish when the architect leaves. The final chapters turn toward what a person can build when nobody is keeping score.
Composed, performed, recorded, mixed and mastered by Eeshin (Social Treble), the album tells a fictional story inspired by a real one. Its twelve tracks are presented in binaural audio at 48 kHz/24-bit, with instruments positioned at specific distances and angles around the listener.
Use headphones for the intended spatial experience, and begin at a sensible volume. There are no vocals. The complete narrated album film is available on Social Treble's YouTube channel, while the instrumental recording leaves the listener to find their own interpretation.
