Oldman Ray penned the music on his acoustic and wrote the lyrics based on his newfound love of QiGong, an eastern system of mindful movement and breathwork. Then his bandmates, all living in different states, entered their virtual studio to add their parts, resulting in a dreamy, almost mantra-like song that's been compared to a DIY, low-rent version of Elliot Smith and the Flaming Lips.
