Kilometre Club
Earnest Tub

Earnest Tub is a 103-track album of brief but beautiful ambient tracks. It sounds overwhelming, but it's oddly soothing. It's also named after Country Music Hall of Fame artist Ernest Tubb, who died on September 6, 1984, exactly the day Daniel Field, the artist who records as Kilometre Club, was born. This album features many of his signature textures and sounds and is as relaxing as it is surprising, inventive, and fun. Three of the songs are made from samples of dishwashers. Daniel doesn't know exactly which. Some of the tracks have unusual names. And best of all, you can now say you've heard a 103 track album.
