Dead trees

dead trees’ is a gentle rebellion. This world we live in is often full of moments that steal joy, moments that make us doubt our hearts. Hearts just want to love. Indiscriminately. I remember when I sat down to write this one I felt so sad and confused- like the world was placing limits on my heart without my consent. Just existing day to day in society with our norms made me feel like I didn’t ‘get to’ love everyone. This is my loving way of declaring I get to decide
