All tracks are inspired by the SNAFU principle from the Illuminatus! trilogy novel by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson, which I first read over 25 years ago.

The term SNAFU originally came from the military for "Situation Normal, All Fucked Up" or "Situation normal, all fouled up". This is analogous to the saying "operation successful, patient dead".
