They may not always translate into more sales - but you are in all those peoples collections and they are all on your messaging list for notifications about future releases etc. We regard it as an investment for the future - to build up your list of followers and raise awareness of what you do. Chuck (who interfaces with the artists) is a really nice guy and will always try to accommodate any requests you have for promotions and new merchandise releases etc. He has done loads for us and his intervention often results in increased plays on our Bandcamp page.
