Inspired by Margaret Thatchers Poll Tax in 1990’s Britain (this was a tax calculated on the number of individuals living in a property, rather than the property itself - therefore targeting less wealthy households with larger families). This horror movie of a song casts the titular Poll Tax Bailiff as a power hungry psychotic Jason or Michael Myers style protagonist.
